Seth Britton is a camera based artist and commercial photographer based in the Hudson Valley. Their meticulous approach to macro photography, digital finishing, and sculptural installation exemplify thoughtful composition and selective focus.
Britton holds a BFA in Photographic Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they worked as an equipment specialist and classroom assistant, being described as "dedicated not just to their own education, but to everyone's education." Seth is now an MFA candidate in Photography and Related Media from SUNY at New Paltz, and is a Teacher of Record, Teacher's Assistant, and Graduate Assistant within the Department of Fine and Performing Arts.
Britton's work has been exhibited in group shows in Rochester, Henrietta, Kingston, and New Paltz, New York, and has commercial work published in the Hudson Valley publication East Fishkill Living.
